While there may be the occasional issue on the cloud that may affect the performance of the software, in most cases any problems can be resolved with a cache clear of the internet browser.

Firstly, try a different browser – for instance, if you’re using Microsoft Edge please try and login using Google Chrome.

Google Chrome

  1. In the top right, click the three dots.

  2. Click Clear browsing data... then select Advanced.

  3. In Time Range, select All time.

  4. Select Cached images and files, for login issues select Cookies and other site data.

  5. Click Clear Data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In the top right, click the three dots.

  2. Click Settings then search Cache.

  3. Click Choose what to clear.

  4. In Time range, select All time.

  5. Select Cookies and saved website data and Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear now.

For both Edge and Chrome, you can reach the Clear Browsing Data screen by pressing Ctrl, Shift, and Delete together on your keyboard.

Should neither of the above steps prove successful it’s possible to access the Access Education software in the following way:

Google Chrome

  1. In the top right, click the three dots then select New incognito window.

  2. Try logging in to the Access Education software via go.accessacloud.com.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In the top right, click the three-dot menu.

  2. Click New InPrivate Window.

  3. Try logging in to the Access Education software via go.accessacloud.com.
