New in Access Education Finance: Faster reporting, smoother year end & fewer clicks

We’ve released a set of improvements to Access Education Finance designed to make your work quicker, safer and more accurate.

Key updates:

  • Stronger year-end control

    • Debtor and creditor journals can no longer post to Period 13.

    • “Post After Year End” has been removed for Debtor/Creditor journals to support clean year-end reconciliation.

  • Safer ledger management

    • You can no longer unmap ledger codes that are in use, helping protect data integrity and reporting accuracy.

  • Better reporting & analysis

    • The Consolidated Transaction List now supports a period range (From/To), making multi-period and trust-wide analysis easier.

  • Fewer clicks, faster exports

    • Export to Excel is now a visible button on Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Purchase Invoices.

  • More flexibility on orders

    • Edit expected delivery date and order date on Purchase Orders while they’re in Draft or Awaiting Approval.
