These tools support your CFR work by helping you monitor who can access CFR reports and by making it easier for budget holders to approve transactions. For full CFR Return instructions, see:

Run The User And Access Profile Report

The User and Access Profile Report shows all users and the access profiles they are assigned.

1. Check Access To The Report

Access is controlled by the same permission as CFR Reports:

  1. In Access Education Finance, click System Set-Up.

  2. Click Users & Access Profiles.

  3. Select the access profile you want to update.

  4. Under Report – CFR Reports, select View.

  5. Click Submit to save.

Anyone with this profile can run the User and Access Profile Report.

2. Run The Report

  1. In Access Education Finance, click Reports.

  2. Click Lists.

  3. Click User and Access Profiles.

  4. Click Generate.

  5. Open or save the Excel file.

If you are part of a multi-academy trust:

  • A consolidated version of this report is available at the Central (green) layer.

πŸ“ŒNote:

  • If you have a central layer but do not use Central Chart of Accounts, anyone with access to the central layer may show as having the access profile Unassigned, because no profiles are configured there in this version.

Use The β€œAll” Option In The Budget Holder App

The Access Evo Budget Holder App has been updated so that:

  • The previous Multi option is replaced by an All option.

View All Pending Approvals Across Cost Centres

  1. Open the Budget Holder App in Access Workspace.

  2. Look for the All option in the view selector.

  3. Select All.

When All is selected:

  • The app shows all transactions awaiting approval that you have rights to approve, across all cost centres.

  • You no longer need to open each cost centre individually to find pending approvals.
