Written by Cristina Gruita

You can undo a bank reconciliation to reverse a previously reconciled statement.

📌 Note: Only one statement can be reversed at a time, and it must be the most recent reconciliation in chronological order.

Undo an Entire Bank Reconciliation

  1. Click Bank Reconciliation.

  2. Click Undo Reconciliation.

  3. Select the Bank Account and the Statement Reference of the statement to be reversed.

  4. Click Next.

  5. To reverse the bank reconciliation entirely, click the Select All box.

  6. Click Undo Entire Reconciliation.

  7. Click Ok.

All transactions that have been unreconciled will now be awaiting reconciliation once again.
