If a transaction has been incorrectly reconciled, it is possible to swap the transaction for the correct.
đNote: You can swap the the incorrect transaction for the correct one as long as the amounts are exactly the same.
To replace a transaction:

Go to Bank Reconciliation, then click Undo Reconciliation.
Select the Bank Account and the Statement Reference number that the transaction is to be unrevonciled on.
Select the transaction on the Unreconcile tab, then click the forward arrow.
Select the replacement transaction on Re-reconcile tab.
Click Submit.
