We've updated the Access Education Finance product icon throughout the system. You'll notice the new icon in the Evo button, and elsewhere across the Access Group ecosystem. We hope you like it!

We have made improvements to our export functionality to provide you with more consistent and intuitive reporting. Purchase Requisition exports now include a new Info tab (similar to Purchase Invoice exports) and use standardized field names like 'Supplier Code' and 'Supplier Name'.

The date and approval fields have been updated to 'Created By', 'Created On', 'Authorised By', and 'Authorised On' for better clarity.

Purchase Order exports also benefit from these improvements, with the addition of an Info tab and consistent supplier field naming. Purchase Invoice exports now generate with clearer file names in the format 'Purchase Invoice Report dd_mm_yyyy' and standardized 'Supplier Name' fields across all tabs.

These changes mean more intuitive exports with consistent terminology, making it easier to work with your financial data across different transaction types.

Please note that we have removed the support icon from Education Finance. All help content and support assistance is now available through the Access Digital Assistant, providing you with a more streamlined and responsive support experience. You can access help directly through the Access Digital Assistant widget for faster assistance with your queries.
