Save Additional Journal Types as Drafts
We have made a change that makes it possible for you to save additional journal types as drafts, giving you greater flexibility in managing your financial workflows. The following record types can now be saved as drafts:
VAT Reimbursement Journal.
Payroll Payment Journal.
SBS Advance Journal.
Bank Transfer Journal.
This enhancement means you can now start journals, save your progress, and return to complete them later without losing your work—particularly helpful when you need to gather additional information or approvals before finalising these transactions.
SOFA 2024/25
The Statement of Financial Activities (SoFA) report has been updated to account for any changes made by the DfE for 2024/25 return.

How to access
Navigate to System Set-up.
Click Establishments.
Your School Details will remain the same.
