It is now possible to export central journals to Excel.
How to access
Navigate to Transactions, then click Journals.
Select Central Journal.
In the Actions dropdown, click Export to Excel.
Ability to view Journals at central layer in closed years
We have made a change that makes it possible for users at the central layer to view central journals in closed financial years.
Sort list of schools alphabetical order
Establishments in the drop down list have been sorted alphabetically (A-Z) according to establishment name to make it easier to find the establishment you are looking for. The central container will continue to show at the top of the list.
New BACS file format
We have created a new BACS file format to support Santander Bulk Standard Faster Payment.
How to access
Navigate to System Set-Up, then click Defaults.
Select Bank Accounts.
You will be able to select the new format from the list.
