Schools using Education Purchasing raise and approve purchase orders entirely within Education Purchasing. No data would cross into Education Finance until an invoice was fully signed off — leaving Education Finance with no visibility of outstanding commitments or in-progress transactions.

To improve this, Education Purchasing now sends total budget line commitment and pending data directly into Education Finance, to give you a single, accurate financial picture.
