Create, manage, or remove users

To get set up using Access Evo with your Access Education Finance software, please reach out to our support team and reference the title of this article.

If you're not using Access Evo, please follow the below steps.

πŸ“ŒNote: You can add, edit, or remove a user in Access Education Finance if you're a master user in the software. If you aren't a master user at your school or academy, please contact them.


Add a new user

To add a new user, follow our article on adding new users.

Add an existing user

It's possible to give existing users from other establishments access to the software.

  1. In the top right, click the person icon and select User Account.

  2. Use the drop-down and select Add Existing User.

  3. Enter the email address for the user to add and click Find Existing User.

  4. Select the product and access type for the new user.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. Agree to the terms and conditions to continue.

  7. Log into Access Education Finance.

  8. Click System set up then click User & Access Profiles.

  9. To create a profile, in the top left, click the plus + icon.

  10. On the Access tab, assign the new user to the required profile.


Remove users

  1. In the top right, click the person icon and select User Account.

  2. In the Actions column,next to the user, use the drop-down and select Remove.

  3. Click Yes.


Change a user's access types

  1. In the top right, click the person icon and select User Account.

  2. On the relevant product row, in the Actions column, use the drop-down and select Edit.

  3. Use the drop-down and select the new access type for the new user.

  4. Click Confirm then click Save.

  5. When back on the User Account page, click Save.


Change a user's account email address

  1. In the top right, click the person icon and select User Account.

  2. On the row for the user and in the Actions column, use the drop-down and select Change Email Address.

  3. Type the new email address.

  4. Click OK.

The user is sent a link via email to verify their account.
