📌Note: You can only cancel a Purchase Order if the status of the Purchase Order is Ordered.
To cancel a Purchase Order:
Click Transactions then click Orders.
Click Purchase Orders.
Select the relevant Purchase Order.
Click the Actions menu then click Cancel.
Click Confirm.
The Purchase order no longer shows as a commitment and now has a status of Cancelled.
