When exporting reports, it's important to know exactly what data you're looking at — especially when sharing outputs with colleagues or reviewing figures at a later date. We've made an improvement to both the Trial Balance and Income and Expenditure exports (Excel and PDF) so that the header now clearly displays whether the Exclude Zero Balances and Show Inactive Codes options were active at the time of export.

For the Trial Balance, these options appear in the header between the Financial Year/Period row and the data section. For the Income and Expenditure report, they appear after any filter code rows (Fund, Analysis, Budget) and before the data sections.
